CARBURETOR
A carburetor assists
combustion by mixing air and fuel in specified proportions. The carburetor
is bolted to the intake manifold.
An air cleaner sits
on top of the carburetor, and gasoline is fed to the carburetor through
the fuel line. The carburetor mixes air coming in through the air cleaner
with fuel from the fuel line. The mixture then enters the combustion
chamber via the intake manifold.
